4. 20 minutes daily exercise and morning walk
You must schedule 20 minutes exercise routine in day either in morning or in eve time before meal. There is no need of heavy gym exercises. You may do any sort of exercise, like push-ups, squats, lunges, Standing overhead dumbbell presses, burpees, sit-up etc. Furthermore, at dawn time you must schedule a morning walk as well.
